5 on friday {family in town}

Guys. I'm so tired. Over the past three days, I've spent 26 hours in the sewing lab, and today I'll spend about 10 more. Too many projects to complete in the next barely-more-than-two weeks! So today's five will be quick.


My brother's family comes into town today and they'll be here for the next couple of weeks! So I'm suuuuper excited to see . . .

two. Cute Noah who turns eight this week!

five. This adorable hunk of love, Joseph.

    Ahhh the last picture TOTALLY made me giddy about our little boy- he's due in just 6 weeks, and I hope he has a head full of hair like little Joseph! Love!!!

      Yes, Joseph is pretty much the cutest baby ever and I'm thinking it's because he has so much hair! I was sure my first baby would be a girl, but then I met Joseph and fell in love and so now I have no clue what my first baby will be! But oh my goodness, 6 weeks!? How exciting!! I hope you get your wish of a full head of hair :)

A murder mystery been on my "party list" for ages, but I've never gotten around to throwing one (probably because there are too many other ideas on my party list haha). So even though we were planning to do Harry Potter movie parties every Friday and Saturday in October, when my friend asked if we'd be available for a murder mystery, I told her I would rearrange my schedule to be there! Lately I have been looking for a nice purse. I always carry a bag around, and so I want something that looks nicer and more grown-up. Trouble is, I can't make up my mind! So for today's 5 on Friday, I'm showing the options I have. one.  Remember that secret I mentioned last week ? Well I guess I'll tell you now, only it's in a sad way rather than an excited way. We were contemplating moving to England for six months sometime next year (around May). It was a secret because we hadn't decided whether or not we were going to do it yet. But now we've made our decision, and we're not doing it. But I figured I should still mention it since I left you all hanging last week. They always say stuff like "I got this amazing dress, and it's so affordable! " I'm amazed to see what prices people call "affordable."
