5 on friday {family in town}

Guys. I'm so tired. Over the past three days, I've spent 26 hours in the sewing lab, and today I'll spend about 10 more. Too many projects to complete in the next barely-more-than-two weeks! So today's five will be quick.


My brother's family comes into town today and they'll be here for the next couple of weeks! So I'm suuuuper excited to see . . .

    Ahhh the last picture TOTALLY made me giddy about our little boy- he's due in just 6 weeks, and I hope he has a head full of hair like little Joseph! Love!!!

      Yes, Joseph is pretty much the cutest baby ever and I'm thinking it's because he has so much hair! I was sure my first baby would be a girl, but then I met Joseph and fell in love and so now I have no clue what my first baby will be! But oh my goodness, 6 weeks!? How exciting!! I hope you get your wish of a full head of hair :)

A murder mystery been on my "party list" for ages, but I've never gotten around to throwing one (probably because there are too many other ideas on my party list haha). So even though we were planning to do Harry Potter movie parties every Friday and Saturday in October, when my friend asked if we'd be available for a murder mystery, I told her I would rearrange my schedule to be there! Lately I have been looking for a nice purse. I always carry a bag around, and so I want something that looks nicer and more grown-up. Trouble is, I can't make up my mind! So for today's 5 on Friday, I'm showing the options I have. it's a love story {part 5}

This series is turning into a novel! So if you don't want to read  part 1 ,  part 2 ,  part 3 , or  part 4 , I wouldn't blame you. But if you do, there you go :) Part Five - First Date . . . or Second? When we last left off, Russ and I were finally interacting more and we both knew that we liked each other. But he still hadn't asked me on a date! But sometime in early December, he finally remedied that. On a Thursday, he asked me if I would go stargazing with him on the coming Sunday evening.
