thanksgiving week {tea party}

every time haddie took a drink we all braced ourselves for a spill,

For Thanksgiving this year, my sister Brooke and her family came. She's got three firecracker girls who love all things girly. That combined with the fact that tea parties are all the rage right now is the reason why one activity we did together was have a tea party. The young girls wore dress-ups, the women dressed up a little, and our one boy party crasher, Max, looked super dapper in his little suit/tux. We had strawberry lemonade for tea, grilled cheese {tea} sandwiches, and macarons from Sam's Club. The girls were so excited to eat the food off the pretty china. My mom always plans such fun things when family comes around :)
